GREAT new idea

I had the best idea. I just got it approved from LDS Bone Marrow Transplant Unit. I want to make a gift basket to take around and give a gift to my fellow friends, still have yet to meet them, on the days I have chemo. I am trying to gather some fun gifts to hand out. I am having fun focusing on this and not on myself. It is so much fun. It is kind of like paying it forward and I have been sooo blessed.!!

I have a wig store here in SLC that is willing to donate a couple of coupons to cut and style wigs. I think most of my friends will need wigs. Then I have one who is donating a couple of books and another who is also donating a couple of books. One is donating gift certificate to go online and choose a photo from her collection. It is great because she is a professional photographer. Another person is donating crocheted hats. Another person is donating a $5 Subway gift card. I have a couple of bars of homemade soap, I am going to buy a big bag of MM's and a bag of licorice. If you have any ideas please let me know or if you have something you would like to donate please have it to my house to Dave before June 8th. He will be coming down for the BIG family meeting where I will learn my fate...my whole treatment.

Please pray for my kidneys, my heart and my bones. The first two can influence if I get 1 or 2 transplants. The 2 would only equal 1. Pretty poor math. It would also increase my risks of complications. Praying specifically brings answers specifically. I love you all and thanks.
